What you are booking
An initial consultation is a 30-minute video call, priced at €100. Payment is taken at the time of booking and the slot is only confirmed once payment succeeds.
Consultations are advisory. They do not create an ongoing engagement, and nothing said in a session is a guarantee of a particular business or career outcome.
Payment and VAT
Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies. Payment is handled by Stripe through our scheduling provider, Cal.com. We do not see or store your card details.
If you need a VAT invoice, or you are a business client claiming the reverse charge, email us after booking and we will issue one.
Cancelling
Cancel using the link in your confirmation email, or email us the booking reference from that email. What you get back depends on how much notice you give:
- More than 48 hours before: full refund, or reschedule at no cost
- 24 to 48 hours before: 50% refund, or reschedule at no cost
- Less than 24 hours before: no refund; we will reschedule once as a courtesy
- No-show: no refund and no reschedule. We wait 10 minutes past the start time
If we cancel
If a consultation is cancelled from our side for any reason, you get a full refund, priority rebooking at no cost, and a €20 credit against a future booking.
In a medical emergency or a force majeure event, we will refund in full or reschedule at no cost, whichever you prefer.
Rescheduling
Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email to pick a new slot yourself, or email hello@prashubhkapoor.com with your booking reference and we will move it for you. The calendar invitation is reissued either way.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued by hand to the original payment method. Allow one working day for us to process it, then five to seven business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
Confidentiality
What you tell us in a consultation stays confidential. We will not name you or your employer publicly without written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one published when you booked.
